Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and the details of the service provider. You can also check the tracking number on the service provider’s website (eg.FedEx) for more detailed information about your package.

 

Once your items are ordered, a confirmation page will appear on your screen to verify your order. You’ll also receive an email with the order details sent directly to your registered email address, provided we have the correct information. We’ll keep you updated with additional emails as your product is processed and shipped, including tracking information if available

You may receive a call from the courier company or logistics partner to confirm the estimated delivery date and time. However, please note that we don’t have direct control over these partners, so we can’t guarantee their procedures or that they will always contact you before delivery. In some cases, if they can’t locate you at your address, they will leave a notice informing you about alternative delivery or pick-up options. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to provide accurate address and phone number details when placing your order. If you plan to be away and will be unreachable by phone, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate the shipping and delivery according to your schedule.

The delivery team will bring your order to the building premises or the nearest accessible point. For higher floors, we are unable to deliver directly to your doorstep. If you’re located on an upper floor, we recommend arranging your own labor or assistance to move larger items to your desired location. Our logistics partners are responsible for delivering large products only to the ground floor or, at most, the first floor of the building.

To ensure your items are protected during transit, we use strong foam sheets and plastic wrap to secure them. While this may make the packaging bulkier, it’s essential for safeguarding your products. We recommend that you open and inspect the goods yourself or with the help of a professional, like a local carpenter. Any defects or damage should be immediately reported to both the delivery personnel and Baasuri’s customer care. Be sure to note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Challan.

Please be aware that delivery personnel are not authorized to unpack or assemble the items, as their responsibility is only to deliver the goods. They are not directly employed by Baasuri, so we kindly request your cooperation in this process. Order Cancellation Policy

  • If Not Shipped: Cancellations are available only for non-furniture items priced at INR 5,000 or less. A cancellation fee of INR 500 or the payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will apply.

  • If Shipped: Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, a refund or replacement will be offered within 15 days of the product being returned to our warehouse.

Please note, we do not offer cancellations based on a ‘change of mind’. Cancellations apply strictly to unshipped items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund or replacement will be applicable when the item delivered to you has been damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing defect.

Customers are required to report and return any damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate the process, please contact us via phone or email to report the issue.

Our Customer Care team will arrange for a reverse pick-up, and once we receive the defective product back at our warehouse, we will send a replacement within 7 days.

Before pick-up, the item must be securely packed by the customer. Once received at our warehouse, our production team will assess the damage and either repair or replace the item depending on the condition.

If you notice that the product packaging is open or damaged upon delivery, please refrain from accepting the package. You may inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person and note any visible damage on the airway bill. Be sure to inform our Customer Care team right away. Based on your preference and the availability of the product, we will either arrange for on-site repairs or send a replacement.

If Baasuri approves a refund due to receiving damaged or defective goods, we will process it within 15 business days after the product is returned in its original packaging. This time frame covers our internal processing, but please be aware that any delays from banks, card issuers, or in the case of cheque refunds, shipping times, are beyond our control.

As per government guidelines, furniture items are subject to an 18% GST. However, rest assured that GST is already included in the displayed price of our products. You won’t have to worry about any additional taxes—the price you see is the final price you pay!

We do not ship DIY products, so you don’t have to worry about assembling complex furniture pieces. For select furniture items, such as those with detachable legs or handles, some minimal assembly may be required. This is to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. To make this process simple and stress-free, we include a detailed guide with clear instructions on how to attach the legs or handles. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered!

The products showcased on our website are carefully designed to match what you will receive upon delivery. However, please be aware that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen resolutions across devices. In some cases, laminate lines may be visible on certain products. These minor variations are natural and do not compromise the quality, durability, or overall functionality of the product.
