Carefully Inspected Stocked Furniture
We take great care to inspect each item before shipping it to you, and we kindly ask that you do the same upon delivery. If you find any defects, please contact us right away, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
If the furniture doesn’t fit through your entryway, it will be your responsibility, so we recommend reviewing the product dimensions in advance to ensure a perfect fit.
In case of defective items, we’ll offer a replacement or refund once we receive the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 15 days, and for items picked up from your home, it may take up to 15-20 days based on your location
Custom Orders Made Just for You
Many of our pieces are specially crafted to meet your individual needs. Once your custom order is placed, production begins immediately to bring your vision to life. Since these items are tailored to you, they cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
