To show our commitment to your satisfaction, we’re happy to provide a warranty for your purchase, detailed below:

Material And Manufacturing Warranty

 

Subject to timely payment and proper use of the product, Baasuri offers a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

If any issues arise within this period, we will either repair or, at our discretion, replace the faulty product at no cost to you.

This warranty ensures your Baasuri product remains in excellent condition throughout the covered timeframe.

Kindly note the following conditions that apply to the warranty

  • Any repairs, modifications, or alterations done by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs over time.
  • The warranty does not extend to damages or losses that happen indirectly or as a consequence of product failure.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, such as rusting or deterioration from atmospheric conditions, is not included.
  • All claims will follow our Standard Operating Procedures, and the manufacturer’s decision will be final and binding.

Scope Of Warranty

 

What’s Covered Under the Warranty:

  • Manufacturing and material defects in our products.
  • Joinery issues in wooden structures and joints of metal structures.
  • Deformation or collapsing of cushion cores (Note: Natural softening of foam with use is normal and not considered a defect).
  • Tailoring seam issues, provided the product is used and maintained as recommended.
  • Wood and metal finishes, as long as proper care and use are followed.
  • Changes in wood and metal finishes over time due to natural aging are normal and not considered defects.

Important Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover glass, mirror, stone, and acrylic surfaces, as well as the natural veining of stone tops.
  • Degradation of finishes due to rigorous use is not covered. However, maintenance assistance can be provided for repairs on-site at additional costs.
  • Once a contracted product is set up, it should not be repackaged or moved without proper authorization. Doing so will void the warranty.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines:

  • Wood, metal, stone, glass, mirror, and acrylic surfaces should be cleaned using a wet mop with non-aggressive cleaning agents.
  • Fabric upholstery should be dry-cleaned without harsh chemicals.
  • Leather furniture requires degreasing, buffing, and shining with recommended products only.
